Honestly, if you pick wealth you'll get all 3. A lot of what is perceived as intelligence is just education, connections, and opportunity. If you go to an Ivy League school, you'll have connections that will catapult you to the top, and this effect is way stronger than just having intelligence. By the same token, most of how attractive we appear is down to being socialized to care for ourselves and present in the right way and having the time and money to follow through. Again, it's down to money. I don't see your friend as a deep thinker. Everything I just said is super obvious--you don't need to think deeply to see it.
