I don't bother with this, because I am very good at what I do and I want a job where the interviewers have the knowledge and skill to appreciate and reward that. I don't want to get a job where I'm doing things only tangentially related to my skill set, because at that point the only difference between me and a junior is I have gotten up to speed on way more different things than they have--but companies tend not to recognize or reward this difference. So it's better to go in and interview with my current skill set and they hire me or they don't.
