I don't enjoy content from people who appear to be aiming for volume. Instead, I prefer to read posts that is something the writer felt compelled to talk about (i.e. they almost had no choice _but_ to talk about the subject of the article).

I basically write because I need to get that crap out of my head so it will quit bothering me to communicate it. Some of my articles made hundreds of dollars, others that felt far more important to me made pennies. As long as I make more from my writing than I spend on my subscription, I'm happy/
