I don't think you can infer the decision from the questions, though many are trying. I heard many of the justices pretending not to know how our system works, and I concluded they're trying to elicit arguments they'll use in the decision. I think they were trying to get foundational points for the end decision, but I don't think that's a foregone conclusion
