I feel like you're double-dipping here. I've literally never had a job where different premiums are listed for male and female employees. However, if the woman is paying the same amount for healthcare and has a lower salary, the percentage she is spending is higher. So women pay more (as a percentage) for healthcare _because_ they make lower salaries, not in addition to that.
