If I named my component Banana, then I want to be able to search for the name Banana.tsx with the VS Code shortcut Ctrl+P (Cmd+P on Mac).

I find VS Code to be pretty limited compared to Jetbrains based IDEs, but I'd be very surprised if it doesn't have some version of "go to implementation." If it doesn't, consider upgrading.
