I have hacked my resume down to 2 pages, but my LinkedIn profile still contains older experience. I use my cover letter to expand the parts that relate to the job description or point out skills that are close, but not exact (you say you want Azure, but I did this personal project with AWS, which is similar, for example, or "in X project I did a deep dive into using RTK query with web sockets," where the fact that I used them might be mentioned, but not many details).

I also watch videos on interviewing and applying on YouTube. I especially like the "Life after Layoff" channel and just random mock technical interview videos. You also might find this interesting
