I like this one better, but I think you're going to have a hard time if you try to fill a team only with people who care about quality. They're just super hard to find--and identify. I think that somehow we need to figure out how to take the people we already have and get them to at least care enough about quality (and no how to do the things to achieve it) enough to start to turn the ship.
