I literally had zero issue getting docker to run on Windows, and I'm curious how you got Docker Desktop to run without WSL. When I tried to launch it after installing, it insisted I install WSL.

I'm not sure why you're using git bash. Consider using the Terminal that's integrated with Windows or Powershell.
