I think it's kinda bizarre that employers expect us to have mad technical skills and on top of that have the people skills to somehow rescue the situation when we're managed in ways that put everyone at each others' throats (with zero people skills training).

That said, the only way to get a job where someone values the real and entire you is to show the real you during the interview process.
