That aside, this, combined with the other trends from Gen Z like ghosting employers who just hired them, means that "reverse ageism" will probably be a thing within about 5 years, and solid, experienced employees will command a premium. Dunno what Gen Z will do. I guess that will be my problem when I hit retirement age and look around for Social Security.
