If you have to pay that price anyway, just roll it into the price. It's like in CA you sometimes see restaurants with a surcharge to pay their local taxes that they mention in a passive-aggressive message at the bottom of the menu. I just go to the place next door that pays their taxes out of the price of their goods like normal people.
