It's not because of setting the standards and blah blah blah. It's because when you have a new architecture built by the same people who screwed things up in the old architecture, moving to a new language/framework doesn't help unless they learned more than most devs do after screwing things up. Also, please go back and proofread your article, paying special attention around the punctuation.
