It's really not. The React team had to walk back the release of React 19 because Facebook fetches their data at a higher level than where it's used (not sure if they're using dependency injection or not, but once you're fetching it higher up there are significant advantages to doing that), and they're so committed to the practice they forgot they'd spent a decade encouraging the community to do the opposite.
