Large men barge over and in front of everyone, not just older people. I can't tell you how many times I've had to dodge off a sidewalk to make way for a man who couldn't be bothered to see anyone whose head wasn't high enough to be in his line of sight--and this was a problem shared by my 5'7" ex husband, well before we looked old.
