Of course you don't call people out on their race or gender. Your experience is the default, so you believe that others have nothing to tell you. If you're anything like the men I work with as a software developer, you're probably talking over them and appropriating their ideas, and you're blissfully unaware you're doing it. Maybe take a step back and have some humility and actually try to take on board what other people's lived experience is rather than being such a snowflake.

And YES, I'm dismissing your intuition as a white guy that discrimination is rare. You're not at all in a position to see it.
