Oh, boy... you mean you don't know how to "do your own research? Well, that's embarassing. Here https://hbr.org/2019/04/raising-wages-is-good-for-employees-and-doesnt-have-to-be-bad-for-your-bottom-line. Also note the auto makers that whined about how acceding to union demands would make manufacturing vehicles almost immediately did stock buybacks. If you don't understand why that undercuts their claims, do some of your own research. Note the podcast I pointed you to is a good place to start, but also if you listen to NPR long enough eventually that information will come out in a story.
Wages were not the driver behind the inflation that hit us in 2022 and 2023. It was primarily driven by supply chain shocks and then corporations took advantage of the fact that consumers were being told to expect higher prices to take more profit than before. They bragged about it on earnings calls. Housing costs are also a large driver of the recent inflation and, surprise, if you jack interest rates up to several hundred percent of where they were before, mortgages get more expensive, which makes rent also more expensive (also collusion between landlords to fix prices played in). That's not even taking into account the effect of climate change on insurance.

It actually galls me to put money into your pocket by taking the time to do your research for you, but judging by the number of people who have jumped in to comment on your post, there are too many people reading your stuff to just let it lie. Fortunately, many of them have _not_ been drinking the koolaid and said basically what I said.
I don't hold out a huge amount of hope that providing you with facts will get you to stop spreading misinformation since doing that is obviously profitable for you. However, that hope is not zero, which is why I did it anyway.
