OMG the lack of self-awareness here. Do you really think your coworkers just naturally roll out of bed at 5:30 or 6 and have nothing to do before they stroll in at 8? That they don't stay up late helping teens with homework or have a colicky baby waking them up at 2 am or have lunches to pack and kids to drop off (seemingly no one rides the bus like we did)?

Seriously, the reason you experience "age discrimination" is you need to grow up! Everyone has their issues outside of work that affect their ability to perform.

Also, research what "young buck" means and edit your article accordingly. That's just embarassing.
