Possibly learning when you should use "I" in a sentence and when you should use "me", or the difference between "affect" and "effect"?

All joking aside, I think that most people are a good deal more intelligent than their skills portray. The problem is that we lack people who both understand the material kids need to be educated on _and_ understand how to present that material well enough that a child can understand it.
