So here's the thing. You're arguing with womens' choice to choose to be alone vs. date the available men. The women who are choosing this are deciding that, if they have to choose between these men and nothing, they choose...nothing. The available men are actually not even better than nothing.

You clearly would like to be in a relationship, therefore if you want a woman to decide you're better than nothing, you have to meet WHATEVER her standard is that will make you better than nothing, whether you think that is fair or not.

Because she has already demonstrated that, faced with a choice between a man who does not meet her standards and nothing, nothing is what she will choose. If you want to be with such a woman, YOU are the one who will need to bend. That's just how it is.
