The biggest issue I have with SAFe is it doesn't take any account that there are human beings involved that have different strengths and weaknesses and that sometimes certain things need to happen before others do. So they'll schedule the roof to be built while the foundation is still going in, and they'll have the plumbers laying the driveway.
