The thing is, men don't need to be likable in their jobs. Also, things that make a woman unlikable are considered normal behaviors when done by a man. No real person can tread that line, because it's set up so that the same thing you do can be likable by one standard imposed on women, but unlikeable by a different, conflicting standard. Kinda like if you're quite slender you'll be told you need to visit the buffet, but if you're a few pounds over weight you'll be fat shamed.
