This is great for someone with very little experience, I guess, but if you follow the advice for how to tell the story for a 20-year career (even if you drop off 10 years for brevity and to avoid ageism), there is no way you'll be able to keep it to 1-2 pages even if you don't even do the other sections.

Also you can't be ATS friendly and not mention all the basic skills you're expected to have.

And honestly if someone is tailoring their resume to every job, they better be unemployed. Bc they're probably shorting the job they're in
