Way to completely miss the point. This article was not written for women, but for *men*, to help them see that it's to *their* advantage to include women. For example, if you're making drugs and not testing them on women, you can get sued if women have adverse effects from taking those drugs. If you design air bags such that they injure women when deployed, again, you can get sued. And research shows that across the board companies benefit from having diverse employees, especially in leadership. This *also* benefits the men in those companies. Honestly, no one should have to even write these types of articles. It should be obvious. But apparently it's not obvious to most men, let's not speculate why. She's doing you guys a favor telling you what you can't see for yourselves.
