You're in the business of finding pliable wives for American men who find women who don't need them for a visa a bit too much for them, so I can see why you say what you say. But the truth is that American women are fully realized people with hopes, dreams, and fears of our own (and this can include fear of rejection or fear of being stalked). We have every right to feel the way we feel about anything under the sun.

Don't approach women with the sole idea that this will be your mate. Instead, just get to know her (and DON'T be resentful if she "only" sees you as a friend--friendship is a valuable thing, but if you don't value it, just move on). If you don't feel you're good enough at reading body language to make a move, it's more likely she will make a move if she actually knows you and you're not completely focused on getting in her pants. If you're worried about being accused of something you "didn't do", make sure you don't make a move when either one of you is under the influence, and make sure you include plenty of pauses to allow her to say no (and listen to that!). Hint: it's sexy as hell when a man stops just short of your lips and makes you close the distance if you want a kiss, and the further you go, the sexier those pauses are.
